I'm Brian Hougesen, an event and portrait photographer. My work brings together the atmosphere of a gathering and the quieter moments that make a photograph personal.
From conversations and celebrations to individual portraits, the aim is simple: photographs that help you remember how it felt.

Portrait Essential · $195
30 minutes at one location for up to 6 people, with 10 edited digital photographs included.
Portrait Plus · $325
A 60-minute portrait session with 20 edited digital photographs included.
Serving Portland and Vancouver, and Woodinville and the Seattle area. Please include your preferred city, date, and package in your request. We’ll agree on a location and confirm availability personally. Any special travel costs will be quoted before booking.
Indoor studio or coworking-space rental costs are additional in both Portland and Woodinville and will be quoted for your approval before booking.
Your photographs are presented in an online proofing gallery so you can choose your included images. Extra photographs and prints are optional; your included photographs are never charged again. Payment arrangements are confirmed with you; no online payment is taken with your booking request.

- Portrait Print Set — $35: one 8×10 and two 5×7 lustre prints
- Family Gift Print Set — $60: two 8×10 and four 5×7 lustre prints

2-hour minimum · $400 · Four hours $800
Thoughtful photography for celebrations, gatherings, and small events, capturing the atmosphere, the people, and the moments in between. Additional coverage is $200 per hour. Previously issued $175-per-hour quotes will be honored.
Serving Portland and Vancouver, and Woodinville and the Seattle area. Send your preferred event date, location, and coverage hours through the request form. We’ll confirm availability, coverage details, any special travel costs, and payment arrangements before your booking is confirmed.
